An incident never belongs to one agency. Air defence, police, airport operations and emergency services each run their own systems, watch their own screens, and coordinate by phone. Every handoff costs minutes, and a drone gives them seconds.

The cost is not only speed. Each department acts on a partial picture, and the record of who knew what stops at each organisation's boundary.

One picture, held once​

Radar, RF, EO/IR, acoustic and Remote ID fuse into one set of tracks, with the evidence behind every number one click away. A department reads the same track the others read, rather than a report about it.

A channel per department​

On a single deployment, each department gets its own channel. It sees what it is cleared to see and can command only what its gates allow. Air defence weighs an intercept while airport operations holds departures and police stage a response, all against the same tracks. The audit trail spans all of them.

Authority stays explicit​

Who may say yes is not a convention between agencies. Every effect carries a gate (auto, notify, confirm, two-person, withheld) and the posture in force sets it per department.
