Attach this workspace to one of a protocol's physical links (spec 2026-09-07 §4).

/api/integrations/:kind/links/:name/attach

The link is a line under links: in dome.yaml; a name the file does not declare is a 404 naming what it does, and so is a protocol this build does not have.
