**Issue the shared broker account's password** (#305), returned exactly once.

/api/integrations/:kind/rotate

One account covers every device under the vendor workspace, because the vendor fixes the topic and the serial inside it is the identity. The username survives a rotate, so an installer changes one field on each device rather than recommissioning it; the old password stops working the moment this returns.

A protocol whose devices get their own subtree is refused: there each device is issued its own credential when it is added, and a shared one would undo that.
